Week 2 - Excel

Microsoft Excel is made to help the work of accounting easier. It is used often by big modern companies that have difficulties when do accounting by people. It is a lot of work and hard to keep and search back the accounting histories when it's done by papers. Also many companies have hired expert programmers to develope their own programs that fits better for their companies than Microsoft Excel. It makes accounting easier to calculate their estimations and balances so I'm going to use the program that is based on Excel.

My supermarket company is required to have programs like Excel because it deals with numerous kinds and numbers of items in so many stores in many cities around the country. Also the company will own farms or factories to produce our own items to sale because it will help to make cheaper items in stores while other supermarkets buy the items from the other company and sell that increases the prices of items. This program will not only be used in the office. The company will have networks that no one else can enter and modify the values with the farms and factories to calculate and estimate quantity and due dates. It will make numbers clearer and faster.

This program will not only be used for the items but also be used to calculate the money to run the company and make profits and to manage employees. Calculating money will be exact and fast because it's all done by computers. Even though something is wrong in the middle of the calculation, we can just find the wrong value and change then it will recalculate the other values that were affected rather than recalculating the rest values that were affected by the wrong value. Also the employees will be listed on the program to be managed. We can easily calculate the salaries and look over their results of works. This program that calculates the changing numbers of items and money is really important to the company and will be one of the essential things that runs the company other than people.
